All weekend packages include:

• A pre-wedding shoot at your choice of location. You will receive a "music video" of your shoot on DVD (normally £150). Additional copies are available to order (£25) if you wish to give to family or friends.
• A pre-wedding shoot is the best way for you to get to know us and start to build what we hope will be a great working relationship. It will be very informal; you will have fun, and get fantastic pictures too. This shoot is included. The shoot lasts up to two hours, and in that time you will relax in front of camera and begin to experience the uniquely intimate nature of the Northlights style.
• Any location within 20 miles of your address may be chosen. Any entry fees or permissions required are your responsibility.
• The option to receive a bespoke guest book containing mages from the pre-wedding shoot at a cost of £132. These are a unique memento of your day, signed by all your guests. Ask to view a sample. We can also supply signing boards.
• A pre-wedding meeting where we will note your requests for particular photographs and where we will discuss your day so that we can fulfil your wishes entirely.
• Unlimited photographs taken during our time together.
• A variety of styles photographed including; fashion, modern and traditionally posed.
• A proof image disc containing all of the images taken on the day from which to choose your favourites. A printed proof book is also available at an extra cost.
• An online gallery.
• A choice of Wedding Album or Book with your album individually designed. All weekend packages include a minimum choice of 20 different cover material and colour combinations.
• All weekend packages include all gallery images on disc suitable for printing.
• All delivery charges and all travel charges within 100 miles of Newcastle upon Tyne are included.

• All albums may be upgraded at an extra cost. We include a good choice within our standard range from Graphi. We also supply albums from Album Epoca of Italy who manufacture many unusual designs and from the matted album manufacturers, Queensberry, JØrgensen and Seldex.

Milano Package - £575

A package that includes the essentials of the day. Suitable for the smaller wedding and is available Monday to Thursday only, except Bank Holidays. This package comprises of, attendance on the day, with unlimited photographs taken within a maximum of 5 hours, starting before the ceremony and at the start of the reception is a popular choice. Your photographs will be presented in a Graphi book bound album 12" x 8" (approx) size. There is the option to upgrade your album at an extra cost.

• A pre-wedding meeting where we will note your requests for particular photographs and where we will discuss your day so that we can fulfil your wishes entirely.
• Up to five hours attendance on the day with unlimited photographs taken during our time together.
• A variety of styles will be photographed including; fashion, modern and traditionally posed.
• An online gallery to help you to choose your favourite images.
• A book bound Wedding Album individually designed containing the first 45 images. The album images will measure up to 12 by 8 inches (approx).
• All delivery charges and all travel charges within 100 miles of Newcastle upon Tyne are included.

Firenze Package - £975

We will attend on the day for up to 8 hours with two photographers. Starting with the bridal preparations, moving on to the ceremony and we cover all of the reception, including the speeches and up to the start of the evening reception. We take unlimited photographs during this time and you will find it very difficult to choose the images for your album from the Graphi range. Your album will contain 60 images, more may be added. Graphi Albums are hand built to order and from a choice of modern and traditional materials.

When you book a Firenze Wedding, included is;

• A pre-wedding meeting where we will note your requests for particular photographs and where we will discuss your day so that we can fulfil your wishes entirely.
• Up to eight hours attendance on the day with unlimited photographs taken during our time together.
• A variety of styles will be photographed including; fashion, modern and traditionally posed.
• An online gallery and the proof DVD to help you to choose your favourite images.
• A choice of Wedding Album or Book with your album individually designed containing 60 images on photographic paper. The album will measure up to 12 by 8 inches (approx) and cover options include real leather.

Roma Package - £1250

We will attend on the day for up to 10 hours, with two photographers, starting with the bridal preparations, moving on to the ceremony and we cover all of the reception, including the speeches and the evening reception if you wish. We take unlimited photographs during this time and you will find it very difficult to choose the images for your Wedding Book from the Graphi range; you will love them all. Graphi Wedding Books are handmade in Italy and guaranteed for life; they supply books to the Vatican and British Museum. There is so much choice, from traditional leather or cowhide to modern materials like acrylic. Your book will contain 90 images, more can be added.

When you book a Roma Wedding Package included is;

• A pre-wedding meeting where we will note your requests for particular photographs and where we will discuss your day so that we can fulfil your wishes entirely.
• Up to 10 hours time on the day with unlimited photographs taken during our time together.
• A variety of styles will be photographed including; fashion, modern and traditionally posed.

There is so much choice, from traditional leather or cowhide to modern materials like acrylic. Your book will contain 120 images, but more can be added.

When you book a Venezia Wedding included is;

Albums and Books

Your Wedding Story Album is individually crafted. We fully discuss with you an extensive range of options to create your album with flair and an individual style. We only include albums which are of the finest quality, professionally printed, and designed with character and originality personally by us giving you the best. 

Every album or book we create is different, thus reflecting the originality of your wedding.
Why do we include an album with our packages? The 21st Century will be the century of lost images if we are not careful. Why do we say this? Today, unlike the past, most people view their images on a computer screen, if at all. This is fine, but with a lost hard drive all of those images could be lost and CDs also degrade and after a time are unreadable. The best way to hand your memories down is to have a book or album of your images.

We include a large choice of covers with all packages (apart from the Milano package, which has the bookbound option only included) with even more with the Venezia packages. There is a variety of materials to choose from. If you wish to "upgrade" your album, eg larger, metallic printing etc, we can do this for an extra fee, calculated from the cost of your included album to the cost of the upgraded album.

We are also able to offer a choice of matted albums from Queensberry and JØrgensen. We can show you samples of the actual cloths, leathers and materials that may be selected.

Additional images may be added to the album at an extra cost of £6. Images may be added up to the page capacity of the album. Below are links to our main album suppliers.

Our Fees

Booking Fee – a booking fee is payable at the time of booking, this is £300. The balance of the charges is due 30 days before the wedding date. If you wish to stage your payments to us over the period from booking with us to the wedding date this can be arranged.

All cheques are to be made payable to "TR Bedson".

Wedding Package Optional Extras

A pre-wedding shoot at your choice of location. You will receive a "music video" of your shoot on DVD (normally £50). This DVD will have copyright paid so that you may copy as you wish to give to family or friends (up to four additional copies may be made). A pre-wedding shoot is the best way for you to get to know us and start to build what we hope will be a great working relationship. It will be very informal; you will have fun, and get fantastic pictures too. This shoot is included. The shoot lasts up to two hours, and in that time you will relax in front of camera and begin to experience the uniquely intimate nature of the Northlights style. £150, included with all packages. If you book and pay for a pre-wedding shoot and subsequently we are booked to photograph your wedding the booking fee will be waived, (not including the Milano Package).

A bespoke guest book containing mages from the pre-wedding shoot. These are a unique memento of your day, signed by all your guests. £132
