Wedding Photography: Finance and Cover
- We guarantee our wedding package prices when you book with us (within a 100 mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne); you know the price you will pay even if your wedding is several years in the future and that you will not receive any unexpected costs.
- Travel within 100 miles of Newcastle upon Tyne is included in the wedding package price. Distance over this is charged at cost price.
- Several payment methods are available, including the option to spread the cost of the wedding package you choose to give you more opportunity to manage the finance (see Payments).
- VAT is included in the prices.
- We are fully insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.
- All delivery charges are included.
Wedding Photography: Photographs
- An informal meeting for you meet us and browse our albums with no commitment to book.
- A pre-wedding meeting where we will note your requests for particular photographs and discuss your day so that we can entirely fulfil your wishes.
- Included in the wedding package (not Milano is a pre-wedding shoot at a location of your choice. You will receive a music video which is included free of charge (value £150).
- Unlimited photographs taken during our time together
- We adapt our style of photography to what you like; it can be fashion, contemporary, traditional, reportage - you are in charge, it’s what you want that matters to us. We are flexible, if you want something, ask; if you don't want something, tell us.
- A proof image disc containing all of the images taken on your wedding day from which to choose your favourites.
- Each image you select to be part of your album is included on a high resolution disc that you amy print from.
- An online gallery; when choosing images our secure protected online gallery allows couples, their families and friends to order on line with no pressure from sales people.
Wedding Photography: Post production of wedding photographs
- We include a finest quality wedding album or wedding book in all our packages and you will choose from many.
- Each album is designed uniquely for you by us.
- Each photograph used is quality controlled and produced to premier photographic techniques.
- To ensure your images are secure, all pictures are copied on to discs as back up and are also stored offsite in a secure server facility.
Wedding Photography: Us as your photographers
- There will be two us present on your big day. One of us (you can choose if you wish!!) will be your main photographer, and the other will be in the background shooting away..!
- A family business; Husband and wife, Robert and Annette, met while working as photographers 25 years ago, now joined by daughter Rhiannon.
- Robert and Annette are college trained photographers with 25 years experience, Rhiannon starts her college training in September.
- We are a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and abide by their code of conduct.
- We are reliable and trustworthy; we have never had a failure in 25 years.
- We have backup cameras –just in case!
- Bad weather, it happens; we always carry studio lighting so that if the weather is unkind we can light very large interiors for your group shots. You will also have the opportunity to shoot with us when you return from honeymoon so that we will still get the outside shots of your venue; it will be your decision.
- We cover the whole of the Northeast including: Durham, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Northumberland, County Durham, Tyne and Wear, Cleveland, Hartlepool, Redcar, Stockton, North Yorkshire, Consett, Hexham and England, Wales, Scotland and the UK.
